Electromechanical & Mechanical Mast Systems

MTS Series

MTS Series has a weight of 19-49 kg with its glass/fiber composite body structure. It is easily portable and provides the advantage of being used in the field. It offers an economical solution for payloads up to 70 kg with manual or electric motor.

MTSV Series

Developed for mobile (on vehicle) use. It offers a unique solution for a useful load lifting capacity of up to 3 – 8 meters and up to 55 kg without the need for a guide rope. Providing fully automatic in-vehicle use, the MTSV Series provides the most economical solution within its limits.

MTHP Series

The MTHP Series are designed for mobile applications up to 18 meters in the field that do not require tension ropes. Aluminum profiles are a strong and solid base for sensitive payloads. MTHP Series can be operated in two different ways. Electromechanical and manual versions are available.

MTX Series

MTX series has been developed using the high-precision working design of the MTT series, which was developed mainly for military use with the highest capacity. It offers more economical solutions with its aluminum body structure.

MTT Series

MTT Series bring a high quality solution where weight, durability and precision are important. The carbon fiber composite body provides an efficient solution for payloads. It consists of pipes driven by an electro-mechanical power unit controlled by a new generation ECU certified for the toughest military conditions.

Pneumatic Mast Systems

MTPQ Series

Lightweight, cost-effective, easy-to-install systems that can be used on a vehicle or on a tripod. The manual pump specially designed for the MTPQ is supplied mounted on the mast. It is suitable for use in many areas thanks to its easy use and carrying feature.

MTPQ-NN Series

MTPQNN-Vertical Mast, which is mounted on the vehicle cup and works vertically and offers functions such as ambient lighting and surveillance, offers a unique solution especially for fire trucks. With the switch on the mast, it warns the personnel when the mast is open, thus preventing possible accidents. It can be used with units such as Led, Pan-tilt, Camera according to user requests. It provides a very useful solution thanks to its effective cost and ease of use.

MTP-M Series

MTP-M Series has the feature of being fixed with manually used locking systems. Thanks to this feature, when the mast is left in the elevated position for a long time, the load is carried by the locking mechanisms and the mast is not affected by the pressure losses that will occur in it. It has a carrying capacity of up to 160 kg and offers solutions from 3 meters to 15 meters.

MTP-C Series

Masttech offers a wide range of maintenance-free pneumatic systems and hand pumps specially designed for optimum operating performance. These pneumatic systems are designed for high volume air output while operating through the entire mast extension period without overheating. Each system is shipped fully assembled, tested, and factory preset.

Remote Locking Systems - RLS

Masttech patented Remote Locking System for Pneumatic Masts allows users to lock and unlock the mast/payload from a safe distance. No user intervention is required to raise or lower the mast. It doesn’t require any skill to operate the system and minimizes the risk of user-induced errors. It is eligible to lift heavy loads up to 1 ton with Pneumatic Mast with RLS.

Light Towers

Night Scan Lite

A compact folding light tower that combines cutting-edge LED light technology with proven mechanical design to provide fast and reliable stage lighting. Works independently and only needs 24 VDC power. No generator is needed. The lightweight design allows the light tower to be mounted on flat vehicles or on a trailer. The light can be positioned remotely. The lights are IP69k waterproof. It is guaranteed for 2 years. It has a security LED light. It does not require routine maintenance. NFPA compliant.

Night Scan Chief

Chief is a collapsible, roof-mounted light tower that requires no interior vehicle space. It is generally used in medium-sized rescues, pumper rescue, service vehicles and pickups. The Night Scan ® Chief has a stand alone air system (no external air supply required) and can be used in all DC (12V / 24V DC) operations where no generator or inverter is required.

Roof Mounted Vehicle Towers

It is a vehicle roof-mounted light tower that does not require a vehicle interior. It is generally used in heavy rescue vehicles, mobile command centers and airport RFF vehicles. Ideal for vehicles where maximum light is required. It can be lifted with an optional onboard compressor.

Night View Vertical Light Tower

The Night View Vertical Tower is a vertically mounted light tower that can be installed inside or outside the back or side of the vehicle. It is used to lift lights and/or cameras and is often used in heavy rescue vehicles, full-scale mobile command centers, aircraft rescue and firefighting vehicles at airports, and large towing vehicles. The Night View Vertical Light Tower, which can go up to 220,000 lumens with the Sirion light package, is ideal for vehicles that require maximum light and height.
